Proceeds help raise money for the Boys & Girls Club

There will be music, vendors, and the chili and salsa competition on Main St. Family entertainment will take place at the Kid’s Zone on 5th & PCH. Entrance to the Event is Free but you will need a ticket to taste the Chili and Salsa.

Surf City Nights is when three blocks of Main Street close to traffic and open to fun. Shops spread out with sidewalk sales, the streets fill with unique vendors, and the farmers set up with fresh, seasonal produce and flowers. The Sunset Market is staged every Thursday evening on four blocks in downtown Oceanside. The market is set up on Pier View Way west of Coast Highway and on North Tremont Street north of Mission Avenue. The market consists of approximately 180 vendor spaces in various categories including hot prepared foods, prepackaged foods, merchandise and crafts, non-profit and civic organizations and commercial vendors. The market is held every week except Thanksgiving week and may be cancelled occasionally due to weather conditions.

Fiesta Hermosa 5/26-28 Vista Strawberry Festival 5/27

May 26, 27, and 28, 2018Fiesta Hermosa takes place Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day Memorial Day & Labor Dayweekend. The annual festival is located in downtown Hermosa Beach on Pier Plaza, Hermosa Avenue and lower Pier Plaza.

STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL

The Vista Strawberry Festival is the only festival in San Diego County that celebrates all the joys and pleasures of the Strawberry. Vista was once the “Strawberry Capital of the World” and still boasts many strawberry fields. Come enjoy our celebration of the “berry” as we bring over 425 vendors, 10K and 5K certified runs, 1 mile and quarter mile kid’s runs, unique strawberry dessert creations, pie eating competition, costumes and contests, carnival rides, music on 6 stages, international selection of foods, beer garden, and much more together on 5 streets of the beautifully renovated and historic downtown Vista! The Strawberry Festival is by far the largest community event of the year for Vista with an estimated 90,000 in attendance – join us!

The Main Event

Over 3,000 baby duckies turn the tides yellow as they race to dry land! The first 60 baby ducks to shore win a prize for their owners. The 1st place winner wins $1,000!

The online Duck-A-Thon store is now closed! You can still purchase your ducks at the Huntington Beach Pier. Duck booth will close at 2:30 pm.

All prizes are donated by local business and community members.

After the main event, you will be able to pick-up your baby ducks on:

Saturday 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Duck Pond, under the big tent

Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Duck Pond, under the big tent

Vendor Festival

During the vendor festival, over 60 vendors set up along the Huntington Beach Pier Plaza to sell their goods including arts, crafts, wellness festival, free health screenings, home décor, jewelry and much more. We also have a Kid Zone which includes bounce houses, retired rubber duck decorating, games, and prizes!

Corporate Duck Race

The Corporate Duck Race happens on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. These ducks are much larger than the standard baby ducks. Sponsored by businesses, organizations, and individuals, Corporate Ducks compete for the coveted Golden Duck Traveling Trophy. Each year, a new winner proudly displays this trophy at a location of their discretion. If you’d like, you can even choose to display it at AltaMed Medical and Dental Group – Huntington Beach!
