This wood model is an Up-Armored-Humvee with all the latest upgrades hatches that open to an upper gun area that can move and don t forget doors that open and wheels that turn.
STEM Project or Homeschool Project
Our wood models start for children age 7 years and up with adult supervision. Building the wooden models are challenging and may take a few hours depending on your age and patience. Therefore, building these wood model kits will draw on your child’s ability to plan and build their own structure like a true architect or engineer and re-enforce the STEM concept.
AMAZING DESIGNS
All designs are done in house by designer Craig Matheny none of our designs are done by scan and print. Using the STEM concept we are able to design amazing wood models and are not only cool to look at and play with but are also a piece of art that you can display on your bookshelf or end table when you are finished building them.
INSTRUCTIONS
By using laser cutting technology we cut all the pieces out ourselves, so you do not have to pop or twist them out of a board and take the chance of breaking a piece. Each Model is made from wood that is safe and environmentally friendly all-natural trees without any added toxins and is sourced from sustainable forest so even children can safely play with their wood model. These educational wood model kits come packaged with clear simple and incredibly detailed English instruction as well as illustrations. Follow the steps shown in the instructions and you will build the wooden model kits quickly and correctly. Plus, as a bonus most of our models also offer instruction videos so you can build them with our master designer Craig Matheny.
Family Time
There is nothing as great as doing something together as a family. LazerModels is a family run business and nothing is more important than family. When we design a model, we imagine the person or family that will end up building the wood model. Do not forget as we get older keeping the mind and hands busy will help keep us stay young and sharp.

My daughter picked this up for me at the Escondido Street Fair as a Christmas Gift. I really enjoyed the process of building it. I will definitely be ordering some more of these great kits. They are well done and just challenging enough to put together.

It took me about three years to complete only because I didn’t want to finish too quickly. Enjoyed every moment piecing the parts together unglued and the disassembling only to reassemble glued and complete.
