5. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. LazerModels does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
We will only replace or refund items if they are:

- Incorrect due to our error
Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.
LazerModels reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before issuing any replacement or refund.
